I have a constant pain in my mid-section, just under my ribs, that comes and goes, sometimes sharp. It's been like this since yesterday morning. Should I go to urgent care or wait to see if it goes away?

I weigh 260 to 270 lbs and am in good health. I have chronic pain in my lower back and legs due to a car wreck. I have been on pain meds for several years, currently taking 90 mg of morphine sulfate 4 times daily. I do not feel anything other than relief while taking this. I have tried other pain meds, none work. My labs have always come back perfectly fine. Is this considered 'too much'?
