I had back surgery in 2003 and have been suffering from full back, neck, and shoulder pain. I don't have a chronic pain doctor and need medication. My history includes Oxycontin 10/40 every 6 hours and Norco 12 times a day. I have recent bottles. Can you help with a refill?

My knees are not in the right place, they have moved inward over the years and continue to do so. I have flat feet and experience pain when walking, running, or during rainy weather. The shape of my legs bothers me more than the pain, and I want to correct it through surgery. What kind of surgery can help, and what exercises or treatments can I do in the meantime?

I have a three-year-old granddaughter who has recurring soreness of the vagina. Doctors have been treating her for thrush without actually seeing it. This started in January and seems to keep coming back. I'm concerned it could be linked to diabetes. We have had her urine checked and no infection was found. Would sugar have shown up in the test if it were diabetes? What else could it be?

I was diagnosed with bulging discs from C2 to C7 due to a work-related injury in 2006. Despite initial treatment for a thoracic sprain, I continue to experience severe neck pain, headaches, numbness, tingling, and swelling in my right arm and hand. Recently, these symptoms have spread to my legs, left arm, head, face, back, and below the belt. My current medications (oxycodone, hydrocodone, TENS unit, lidoderm, and tramadol) are no longer effective, and my pain level is past 10. Why is this happening, and what further diagnostic steps and treatments should I consider?
