My knees are not in the right place, they have moved inward over the years and continue to do so. I have flat feet and experience pain when walking, running, or during rainy weather. The shape of my legs bothers me more than the pain, and I want to correct it through surgery. What kind of surgery can help, and what exercises or treatments can I do in the meantime?

I was diagnosed with bulging discs from C2 to C7 due to a work-related injury in 2006. Despite initial treatment for a thoracic sprain, I continue to experience severe neck pain, headaches, numbness, tingling, and swelling in my right arm and hand. My current medications (oxycodone, hydrocodone, TENS unit, lidoderm, and tramadol) are no longer effective, and my pain level is past 10.
