I had chickenpox as a child and received the first shingles vaccination on 8/25/19. Three days ago, I started experiencing pain on the right side of my waist, which has since turned into skin sensitivity soreness spreading in a band-like pattern around my waist and upwards to just below the ribcage. There is no rash, and I've had no fevers or chills. I'm suspecting shingles, but could this be a prodrome of shingles, and should I wait for a rash to develop or seek medical advice now?

My partner has done 5 home pregnancy tests in the last week, all showing negative results, but the line keeps getting harder to see. She had some mucusy blood the day before her last period, and she is experiencing stomach pains, sore breasts, and occasional nausea. She is unsure of how many weeks she is and is not sure if she is pregnant. She takes Vitamin D and iron 2-3 times per week, and also takes valproate. This would be her 10th pregnancy with 7 children. When was her last period, did she have unprotected sex during ovulation, and when does she expect her next period?

I am one week post-op of ACDF (anterior cervical discectomy and fusion). I am experiencing more pain in my neck and arms than before the surgery. I cannot get comfortable. Is this normal, and what should I do?

I have lots of pea-sized hard lumps under my skin on my upper thighs. They don’t hurt, but is it something to worry about? They are on both thighs and I first noticed them about a month ago. I also have arthritis in both knees and experience severe pain in my lower legs with a burning sensation when walking.

I have a burning pain in my right arm, starting from my shoulder and going down to my elbow. The pain has been present for less than 24 hours and I have not used any medication for it. I was feeling numb and weak in my hand, which affected my ability to grip items. I have a history of straining my UCL in the same arm and am allergic to ibuprofen and Advil. What could be causing this pain and what should I do?

I have been experiencing the urge to urinate without the urge to pass stools, and when I strain to urinate, I leak stools or feel the sudden urge to pass stools. This has happened multiple times, and the stools are mushy. I also have had urinary retention, back and pelvic pain, and a weak urine stream. What could be causing these symptoms, and is it related to fecal incontinence, weakened pelvic muscles, or a UTI?
