I have a burning pain in my right arm, starting from my shoulder and going down to my elbow. The pain has been present for less than 24 hours and I have not used any medication for it. I was feeling numb and weak in my hand, which affected my ability to grip items. I have a history of straining my UCL in the same arm and am allergic to ibuprofen and Advil. What could be causing this pain and what should I do?

I have been experiencing the urge to urinate without the urge to pass stools, and when I strain to urinate, I leak stools or feel the sudden urge to pass stools. This has happened multiple times, and the stools are mushy. I also have had urinary retention, back and pelvic pain, and a weak urine stream. What could be causing these symptoms, and is it related to fecal incontinence, weakened pelvic muscles, or a UTI?

I have been woken up on two occasions with a pulsing feeling in my abdomen, followed by a wave of strangeness starting from my feet, weak arms, and a fast heartbeat that comes and goes for up to 60 minutes. I also experience periods of losing time, arriving at destinations without remembering how I got there. I am on medication for hypertension and anxiety. What is going on?

I have a huge fear of food poisoning and am concerned about eating a birthday cake that sat out for two hours with regular frosting and a buttercream or cream cheese filling. The room temperature was between 66-69 degrees. Could this cause food poisoning?
