I have a constant dry cough that has persisted for over 6 months. I've tried various cough medicines and drops, but they only slightly help. I also smoke marijuana occasionally. What could be causing this persistent cough, and what can I do to alleviate it?

I have a tingling feeling in my legs and swelling in my right ankle, which has worsened after an accident to my right leg. The swelling doesn't go down as it used to when I rest. Sometimes my ankle hurts or feels sore, and I occasionally experience chest pains and back pain when I breathe. I am 53 years old and take amlodipine 10. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

I have been experiencing strange episodes of twitching and jerking on the right side of my face and body for about 3 weeks. I do not lose awareness but sometimes the episodes last quite long. I have lost a lot of muscle mass, experience weakness, awkward limb movements, difficulty in speaking and swallowing, increased anxiety and depression, frequent tripping and loss of balance, and a family history of dementia and Alzheimer's. My bloodwork is normal except for high prolactin levels, and I was taking clonazopam and keppra. What could these symptoms be?
