I had lung surgery after it collapsed 2 years ago, and I still experience pain and difficulty breathing. I've tried various pain medications, including 40mg oxy, 1g paracetamol, 200mg ibuprofen, and 50mg tramadol, but none have provided significant relief. The pain is constant and affects my ability to sleep on the affected side. What can be done to manage this pain and improve my condition?

I had a cervical polyp removed on Wednesday. I've had a little bleeding and found two massive pieces of what looks like flesh in my underwear. I'm worried because my doctor has been unavailable. What could this be and is it normal?

Hi! My left arm and leg get tired quickly. I'm a 31-year-old male and have been quitting smoking and drinking for the last month. Between the anxiety and cravings, I'm not sure if this is something to worry about, or if I'm just not sleeping properly on my left side, making my side tired when I wake up.

How can I tell the difference between a breast tumor and normal breast fat? I have noticed changes in my nipples over the last year, feel a mass in one breast that is not present in the other, and my breast looks different when lying down. I am unsure if these symptoms indicate a serious condition and would like to know if an ultrasound or other investigation is necessary.

I need a doctor's note for today as I missed work due to the stomach bug, but I’m starting to feel better and can go back tomorrow. What medications and treatments can help with my symptoms, and how can I obtain a doctor's note?

I believe I have strep throat or tonsillitis, but I seem to be able to keep it under control and it's getting better. Should I still go to a doctor?
