I believe I have strep throat or tonsillitis, but I seem to be able to keep it under control and it's getting better. Should I still go to a doctor?

I was hit by a mail truck while riding my bike. I had X-rays and nothing is broken, but I'm in a lot of pain, particularly in my foot, knee, and shoulder. The pain is sharp. I'm 19 years old and need to attend my technical school this week. What can I do to manage the pain and continue with my activities?

My tonsils were very swollen and filled with pus. After completing a 10-day course of amoxicillin, my tonsils are mostly good but still have a small amount of pus. What should I do to remedy this?

I have had vulva itching, burning, and swelling for 5 days now. I am losing my mind and want to figure out what is wrong with me. I went to urgent care, where they tested for BV and yeast, both of which were negative. They prescribed fluconazole, which didn't help. The only relief I get is from ice packs. I am sexually active with a long-term, monogamous partner, and I have noticed some weird bumps. What could be causing this, and what should I do next?

If a stressful event causes a rise in blood pressure, right and left sided chest pain, right shoulder pain, and headache, is that angina? I am a 39-year-old female with symptoms of sweating, shortness of breath, sinking sensation, and pain in the left arm/jaw or abdomen during exertion. My CT angiogram, stress echocardiograms, and blood tests have been negative. Can anything else cause these symptoms?
