I am a 68-year-old woman with low immunoglobulin levels, and my husband has recently tested positive for Covid. We are both up-to-date on our Covid shots. I am planning to isolate myself on the lower level of our house while my husband stays upstairs, wearing masks and minimizing contact. My brother tested positive for Covid and has nasal congestion, a cough, and fever. He is 48 years old, triple vaccinated, and had Delta. His daily medications include Paroxetine, Clonazepam, and Aripiprazole. Can he take 2 extra strength Tylenol Complete Cold and 1 Advil for the fever, or 1 Tylenol Complete and 1 Advil? Additionally, my 85-year-old mother seems to be starting a cold. Her medications are Clopidogrel, Atorvastatin, and Citalopram. Would you suggest the same 1 Tylenol Complete Cold and 1 Advil for her? If not, what would you recommend?
