My brother tested positive for Covid and has nasal congestion, a cough, and fever. He is 48 years old, triple vaccinated, and had Delta. His daily medications include Paroxetine, Clonazepam, and Aripiprazole. Can he take 2 extra strength Tylenol Complete Cold and 1 Advil for the fever, or 1 Tylenol Complete and 1 Advil? Additionally, my 85-year-old mother seems to be starting a cold. Her medications are Clopidogrel, Atorvastatin, and Citalopram. Would you suggest the same 1 Tylenol Complete Cold and 1 Advil for her? If not, what would you recommend?

I’m a 52-year-old woman with no medications. I have been experiencing digestive disturbances for two days, including stomach discomfort, noises, burping, and nausea, but no vomiting. The discomfort is around the belly button area. What could this be and what can I do to feel better?

I can’t sleep, my brain doesn’t signal me when I’m full or hungry. Also, I can’t sense when I need to pee. I lost my appetite a month ago and it hasn’t come back. I have high levels of B12. My skin looks yellowish, and I’m concerned about these symptoms. Should I go to the emergency room, and what should I do about these issues?

My daughter has had a wet cough for 2 weeks, which has worsened in the last 3 days with more constant coughing and rattling sounds when breathing. She is 2.5 years old, not using any medications, and has no fever. What could be causing this and when should I get it checked out?
