I am a 24-year-old female with allergy-induced asthma and anxiety. I had COVID and used my albuterol inhaler frequently. I'm unsure how to distinguish between asthma symptoms and anxiety symptoms. If my peak flow and SpO2% are good, should I still use my inhaler? Will overusing it cause any harm? Should I switch to a daily inhaler if my peak flow and SpO2% are good? How can I tell if I need my inhaler or if it's just anxiety?
