I had sex on May 12th using a condom and birth control, but I wasn't consistent with the birth control. I took Plan B on May 14th and started bleeding on May 18th. I took another Plan B a week later and started spotting two weeks after that. I'm due for my period in about 10 days. Could the bleeding and spotting be my period or side effects from Plan B? What are my chances of being pregnant? I've also experienced sore breasts that suddenly stopped hurting and noticed my breasts look bigger. Is this normal?

I have been sick with food poisoning and haven’t been able to eat, and I haven't been able to take my Effexor and Lamictal for two days. Today, I am able to eat just a little and am wondering if I will be okay to take my meds if my stomach has just a very small amount of food in it. I have been taking Effexor for about 14 years with no recent changes in dosage, and my sleep has been okay except for vomiting on Tuesday. Is there anything else in my medical history that the psychologist should know?

I recently came into contact with rusted metal pieces and accidentally rubbed my hand with rust deposits over my nose. Since then, I have been experiencing irritation in my throat, watery mucus, and a feeling of lightheadedness, which I suspect might be a fever. I took Paracetamol for it, but no other symptoms or past illnesses. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

I have had a cyst behind my right ear lobe since childhood. I recently ran out of Zoloft, which I was taking for depression, and am now experiencing an excruciating headache that radiates from one inch left of the cyst.
