My 19-year-old son has severe cramping every time he eats, has been constipated several times in the last couple of months, and sometimes vomits. He has had urine, blood work, and an ultrasound, but only severe constipation has been diagnosed. He feels he can't eat anything without suffering. What could be causing this and what should be done next?

Does Oxybutynin CL have sulfa? I have been having an unexplained case of hives and am working with a dermatologist to figure out what I am allergic to. I was taking Oxybutynin for overactive bladder and seem to also have cystitis. I don't think it is an infection because I just had blood work with the dermatologist and the only thing high was eosinophils. I haven't always taken the Oxybutynin. I only take it when traveling or when I will be in a position where I can't get to a bathroom frequently. I am trying to find the pattern. I have lots of allergies including drug allergies.

My doctor had me do a urine analysis last week for albumin and protein. Protein is less than 4.0 but the albumin says 100. No range is given so I don’t know if this is normal or not. All the globulin levels were 0. Can you explain what the urine albumin level is? I am a 57-year-old female with secondary adrenal insufficiency, srojens, and CHF, taking medications including hydrocortisone and lasix.
