I was tested for HIV and other STDs three days later, with negative results for HIV. I am concerned about potential bacterial STDs and why I am still experiencing symptoms. I have a very low HRV average of 15 and a high of 36. I am very concerned. I am 68 years old, male, and have a resting heart rate of 55. I have been aware of this issue for about 2 weeks. I wake up with a headache almost every morning, which goes away when I sit up. I am overweight (275 lbs, 5'4") and snore. Could this be sleep apnea or something else? I am 25 years old and have been experiencing these headaches for a year. I am taking metformin and iron supplements, but the headaches started before I began these medications.
