I've noticed over the last year white dots on my lips and I keep getting more around my lip line, making it look bad. Is there any home remedy to get rid of them?

I've been getting back into my fitness routine and trying to run as often as I can. I'm generally healthy but due to the pandemic, my workouts have been less consistent. I've stopped consuming caffeine and energy drinks, which has helped with anxiety. However, I recently experienced a panic attack during a run in hot weather, after running on an empty stomach and with insufficient hydration. I'm worried this might indicate a heart defect or that it's unsafe for me to continue running. Could my occasional smoking have caused blockages? Is my panic attack due to the hot weather, or does it suggest a heart defect? Am I safe to continue my training?

For the past 4 days, I've had stomach ache/strain and pain at my sternum that moves to my back, along with feeling like I'm breathing from the lower part of my throat. Today, those symptoms have subsided but I feel a little nauseous. I'm a 37-year-old male on Zoloft for anxiety and seasonal allergies. What could be causing these symptoms and what can I do to alleviate them?
