I have a 9-year-old with excruciating and chronic chest pain in her sternum. The first diagnosis was costochondritis, but all tests (EKG, Echocardiogram, chest x-ray, bone scan, lab work, sed rate, etc.) have been fine. The rheumatologist team has also cleared her. The latest thought is that she might have a looping nerve causing the pain. She has spent over 10 days in two different hospitals, and morphine and oxycodone did not help with the pain. She is now on 100 mg of Neurontin, which has also not helped. What are your thoughts?

I have a red rash on my penis head that I noticed a few weeks ago. I went to a doctor who diagnosed it as a yeast infection, but the prescribed treatments (ketoconazole and nystatin) have not provided relief. No pain or burning, just redness on the penis head. What could be causing this and what further steps should I take?

What is this spot that just appeared on my face? There is no pain or sensation, just a small bump with a wide area of redness surrounding it. No other symptoms. I applied some Rhofade on it. Could it be a spider bite or something else?

My father has been experiencing back pain and had swelling on his right leg, which has since subsided. He has a history of DVT and recently had a fresh episode of pulmonary embolism. The doctors have prescribed Clexane injections, Dabiclot, Xarelto, and Actitrom. What is the best treatment for his condition, and are there any additional precautions or procedures to prevent further complications?

I have sharp pain that travels down the outside of my right leg, affecting my butt, outside of my knee joint, and outside of my ankle. The pain disappears when I stand tall and reach for the sky or lay on the ground and arch my back. I had this pain years ago and it went away after strengthening my back muscles. Now, after doing lawnmower pulls, the pain has returned. Can you recommend any strength training exercises that might help prevent this pain?

What are the chances of Chlamydia causing permanent infertility or altering sperm quality, and how likely is it for someone to develop epididymitis from Chlamydia, which could cause permanent infertility in males?
