I have a bad cough, sore throat, and chest pain that makes it hard to breathe properly. I tested negative for COVID-19. How long have you had the cough? Is it constant throughout the day or does it come and go? Is it a dry cough or a wet cough? Any tightness in your chest? What are all the medications you're currently using, either for the cough or anything else? How old are you? Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?

I have had anemia for several years and have received two previous infusions of ferrinject. I am due to have another iron infusion (500mg ferrinject) on Friday. My concern is about iron overload with my current hemoglobin level (HB 132) and ferritin level (34-43). Do I need to be concerned about iron overload, and do my ferritin/iron levels warrant an infusion, especially since I have difficulty with oral iron?

I have a very bad bruise on my wrist from a needle placed for anesthesia yesterday. It hurts and I wanted to make sure it wasn’t anything serious. The pain is dull but hurts when I move my hand in a certain way. I am 46 years old and not managing the pain with any medications. Is there anything else I should be concerned about?

I have small white raised areas on my tongue that are painful when eating. There are about 15 or so small raised bumps. The pain started 2 to 3 days ago and is more of an ache. I am 90 years old, diagnosed with pneumonia a week ago, and on Levofloxacin 750 mg for 7 days. I also take Tylenol 3 for pain, Metformin for type 2 diabetes, medication for prostate gland, Eliquis, and Lisinopril. What could these white areas on my tongue be, and is there any over-the-counter medication I can use for relief?

I tested positive for COVID-19 with symptoms including a fever of 38.1°C, sore throat, and a dry cough that comes and goes. I am currently taking medications for high blood pressure, depression, and a dry cough. What should I do for relief and when can I return to work?

Which cream is better for treating bedsores that itch at times: miconazole or clotrimazole? I am 84 years old, very clean, and not bedridden, but have had this issue for a year. I have seen a doctor and used medication, but the problem persists.
