I re-injured a Jones fracture that was almost healed after 8 weeks of non-weight bearing. Now, the doctor has me in a walking air boot, but it hurts more with weight on it. Should I be walking now, and is this pain normal?

When I do cardio, I get random quick half-second bursts of pain/pressure in the center of my chest, which only happens when I'm exercising. I have a phobia of starting medications. I was prescribed Buspar for severe anxiety and panic attacks. I am very afraid of severe side effects like seizures and tremors. I wanted to know if these symptoms are common in patients taking Buspar, especially at a starting dose of 2.5 mg, and if there is a risk of serotonin syndrome when taking Buspar concurrently with other drugs or natural remedies like inositol, NAC, and green tea.
