I have a phobia of starting medications. I was prescribed Buspar for severe anxiety and panic attacks. I am very afraid of severe side effects like seizures and tremors. I wanted to know if these symptoms are common in patients taking Buspar, especially at a starting dose of 2.5 mg, and if there is a risk of serotonin syndrome when taking Buspar concurrently with other drugs or natural remedies like inositol, NAC, and green tea.

I had blood tests done and have an ALT of 85, an AST of 41, and a triglyceride level of 295. I'm scared and unsure what this means. I've discussed this with a doctor, but I'm unclear about the implications. I'm 5'3" and weigh 222 lbs, which is a significant increase from my weight before pregnancy. I also have a history of diverticulitis and gallstones. What could these elevated levels indicate, and what additional tests or advice would you provide?
