I have redness on my penis glands and a small bump that has been present for about three weeks. I saw a doctor two weeks ago in Florida, who prescribed something but I didn't get it. Now, the redness is more noticeable, and I'm in Oregon for work. What could be causing this, and should I be concerned about it potentially being a sexually transmitted disease?

My mother, who is 92 years old and has had dementia for 3 years, has been sleeping for the last 20 hours. She is breathing but I have not been able to wake her. She normally sleeps from 7 or 8 PM to 8 AM and naps a few times a day. She takes Duloxetin and 25 mg Fentanyl for pain, but nothing for dementia. Should I call 911?
