I have been experiencing chronic pain around my midsection, ribs, and sternum, which feels like a tight corset and is tender to the touch. I also recently had biliary colic attacks and am concerned about gallbladder issues. I am following a low-fat, low-carb diet and am worried about future attacks. Additionally, I have back pain that varies in intensity and location, sometimes near the shoulder blade and sometimes in the middle of my back. Could these symptoms be related to my gallbladder, and what treatments or tests would you recommend?

I had blood tests done and have an ALT of 85, an AST of 41, and a triglyceride level of 295. I'm scared and unsure what this means. I've discussed this with a doctor, but I'm unclear about the implications. I'm 5'3" and weigh 222 lbs, which is a significant increase from my weight before pregnancy. I have redness on my penis glands and a small bump that has been present for about three weeks. I saw a doctor two weeks ago in Florida, who prescribed something but I didn't get it. Now, the redness is more noticeable, and I'm in Oregon for work. What could be causing this, and should I be concerned about it potentially being a sexually transmitted disease?

My mother, who is 92 years old and has had dementia for 3 years, has been sleeping for the last 20 hours. She is breathing but I have not been able to wake her. She normally sleeps from 7 or 8 PM to 8 AM and naps a few times a day. She takes Duloxetin and 25 mg Fentanyl for pain, but nothing for dementia. Should I call 911?

I have pain during urination, a constant burning sensation when I pee, and a recurring fishy smell (BV). I am UTI and STD free, have taken cranberry, D-mannose, and vitamin C, and have a history of UTIs. I am seeing a urologist but believe the issue might be more vaginal than urinary. I have tried various treatments, including a prescription for pyridium, but nothing helps. What could be causing these symptoms and what can be done to alleviate them?
