I have been dealing with symptoms of a UTI for 4 days, including pain in the lower abdomen near the bladder, dark urine, pain near the left kidney, and now vomiting and diarrhea. My urine is clear now, and I am not urinating as much. The pain near the kidney is now just a discomfort. Should I still see a doctor or am I healing on my own?

I have been experiencing chronic pain around my midsection, ribs, and sternum, which feels like a tight corset and is tender to the touch. I also recently had biliary colic attacks and am concerned about gallbladder issues. I am following a low-fat, low-carb diet and am worried about future attacks. Additionally, I have back pain that varies in intensity and location, sometimes near the shoulder blade and sometimes in the middle of my back. I had blood tests done and have an ALT of 85, an AST of 41, and a triglyceride level of 295. I'm scared and unsure what this means. I've discussed this with a doctor, but I'm unclear about the implications. I'm 5'3" and weigh 222 lbs, which is a significant increase from my weight before pregnancy. I have redness on my penis glands and a small bump that has been present for about three weeks. I saw a doctor two weeks ago in Florida, who prescribed something but I didn't get it. Now, the redness is more noticeable, and I'm in Oregon for work. What could be causing this, and should I be concerned about it potentially being a sexually transmitted disease?

My mother, who is 92 years old and has had dementia for 3 years, has been sleeping for the last 20 hours. She is breathing but I have not been able to wake her. She normally sleeps from 7 or 8 PM to 8 AM and naps a few times a day. She takes Duloxetin and 25 mg Fentanyl for pain, but nothing for dementia. Should I call 911?
