Over the last three weeks, I have been dealing with sinus issues, including vertigo, pressure in my eyes, a headache, and a one-sided headache on my right side by my temples. I was treated with augmentin and nasal spray, which helped with the vertigo. However, I still have minor pressure on the right side of my face and into my nose, and occasional headaches. I also have anxiety and depression. Does this sound like a brain tumor, or should I just let it play out as tree pollen is bad right now? I have always had sinus and allergy issues, but I got worked up after reading online. Today, my headaches are getting better, but I still have some congestion on the right side. I started getting some vertigo again when I lay down, but it’s not severe. Am I okay, or am I having a hard time getting over this sinus infection?
