I have 2 boils under my armpits which burn a lot. I used a new hair removal cream and then shaved it off, after which it started itching and then these boils happened. It's been burning for 3 days and I've been using hot water once a day for relief. Is there anything else I can do and also, am I at risk of hydradenitis?

He also feels a sore throat and we are currently in Mexico, originally from Austria, and were in the Philippines before. Could it be malaria?
