I have a burning tongue problem. This has been ongoing since last fall, and I have high levels of vitamin B5, hypothyroidism, and nerve problems like carpal tunnel. I also have a lot of stress and anxiety, and I take anxiety and depression pills. What could be causing this burning tongue, and what can I do about it?

I have been experiencing swelling and prickling in both feet and ankles for a long time, along with chest pain, recurring fevers, diarrhea, and fatigue. I am 47 years old, have stage 3 chronic kidney disease (CKD), and hypertension under control. I also have macrocytic anemia, elevated ESR, and positive ANA results. What could be causing these symptoms, and what further evaluations or treatments should I consider?

I have an annoying rash that appears in different places and itches. The rash is minor and seems to come and go. I previously had jock itch, which was treated with a cream called Triamcinolone AC, but now I have a residual minor rash in the thigh area and small breakouts on the inside of my elbows and knees. Could these be related to the original jock itch, or is it a different problem? Additionally, could this rash be venereal in nature?

The inside of my right nostril is very red and raw, possibly due to picking my nose. The skin looks like it has come away and it feels squeaky to the touch. Are there any home remedies to speed up the healing process?

I have chronic pain for years and methadone is usually prescribed. I am new to the Los Angeles, CA area and need to find doctors in the West Los Angeles area who accept Medicare. I have chronic arthritis, bone-on-bone condition, hepatitis C, and I find methadone to be the most effective pain medication for me.
