I have a cold sore under my lip that is spreading slowly and has yellow crust when dried. I've been applying an anti-bacterial cream, but I'm unsure if it's really a cold sore. How long have you had the cold sore? Is this stable or getting worse? How old are you? Are you currently using any medications? I have had a cough for a week that is not improving, despite taking codeine phosphate 5mg every 4 hours as prescribed. I am coughing almost constantly, experiencing sore chest muscles, headaches, and bringing up green phlegm. My COVID-19 test is negative, and I have no shortness of breath or chest pain.
