I am experiencing constant diarrhea, fatigue, dehydration, and nausea since December 24th, which worsened after taking Pepto-Bismol and then improved slightly with Imodium. I have no appetite, feel nauseous and tired, but not overly bloated. I am 26 years old, not on any medications other than Imodium, and allergic to penicillin. My symptoms seem consistent but worsened after Pepto-Bismol, and I have stress and anxiety, which might be related to a bacterial issue as my son is also experiencing diarrhea. What does pain in your lower left abdomen mean? The pain started 18 hours ago and comes and goes. It is achey, located just above the waistline on the left side, and there is pain when pressing that area. There is discomfort going to the bathroom, but no urinary pain.
