I have a constant dry cough, fever, body aches, and fatigue. I'm a 49-year-old male with no recent COVID exposure, but I had it twice in 2020 and 2021. I haven't had COVID or flu vaccines. What could be causing these symptoms and what tests or treatments should I consider?

I woke up with a bad headache yesterday, which went away after taking Advil. Today, I have a stiff neck on the right side that hurts with and without movement, and it also hurts when I move my right arm. The pain feels lower down and is worse when looking up or to the left. I am prone to headaches but not stiff necks. Is this normal for a stiff neck and is it related to the headache? Additionally, my arm and hand feel slightly funny, and the other side of my back hurts slightly when standing. Is this all related to muscle spasms from sleeping incorrectly?

I had a bowel movement today and it was all blood with the stool. I didn't realize it but when I saw, I tried to stand up and even blood drops dripped on the floor. I don't have any other pain in the abdomen, not below nor any other symptoms. Do you think it can be a fissure due to dryness or hard stool? I also had minor pain below after the stool. Should I wait for one more bowel movement to see if it happens again, or should I see a doctor?

Is it okay that my daughter has a platelet count of 461? She is very healthy otherwise, and the rest of her blood panel was normal. The doctor said it's not cause for concern because teens can often experience bursts of platelet counts, and she's 14. She said to check back even in a year. My daughter had a minor toe infection during the time her blood was taken, but it was gone by the time she took her blood. Is this okay?

I have sniffles, a sore throat, and possibly strep throat. I took a COVID-19 test which was negative. How long have you had the sore throat? Have you used any medication for this? Where are you located? How widespread is COVID-19 in your area? What are all the medications you're currently using, either for the sniffling or anything else? How old are you? Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?
