I bumped the bridge of my nose pretty hard last night. It bled quite a bit, is sensitive to touch, and I'm still blowing blood out of my nose with bruising at the bridge. How long have you had the bruise, have you used any medication for it, and have you seen a doctor about it? Additionally, do you have any other medical history the doctor should know about?

I have a pounding headache in my sinuses, only on one side, and I've been dizzy for the past few days. The dizziness and pain worsen when I stand up or move my head, especially when I look down.
