I need to know if I have something more serious than a hangover. I consumed 750ml of 30% alcohol and 800mg of caffeine. I'm feeling severely nauseous, diaphoretic, have bloody vomit, and diarrhea. Is this something that you can help me with?

I have a fever (38.3°C), a dry cough that comes and goes, lethargy, weakness, loss of appetite, minor chest pain that comes and goes, and I've been experiencing these symptoms for the past 3 days. I'm currently taking Panadol Rapid, which helps somewhat. I am 71 years old, fit, and have no previous serious sickness history, except for a mild case of COVID-2 years ago. I tested negative for COVID recently. What could be causing these symptoms and what steps should I take?

I have a constant, sharp, and achy pain of 8/10 in my left arm and chest. The pain started two or three days after exercising on a mini rebounder trampoline with weights for the first time. The pain is exacerbated by deep breathing and movement. I have hypothyroidism, take levothyroxine (100 mcg), lisinopril (40 mg), and rosuvastatin (5 mg) daily. My diastolic blood pressure is higher than usual (114/99), and my pulse is fast (100). I have a history of hypertension, constrictive pericarditis with surgery at 18, and have had chickenpox but not shingles. I had a normal stress test and blood work at the hospital ER. What could be causing this pain and what should I do?

What is on my tonsils, and what should I do about the whitish area that appears to cover the whole top of the tonsil and cannot be wiped away? I am 35 years old, have been dealing with throat issues for 3 months, including a sore throat and small mouth ulcers.
