I have a fever and recently released from the hospital after 8 days due to pneumonia, sepsis, and kidney failure. I have lesions on my lower right lung lobe. I need help as I feel like I'm going to die, and the ER nearby won't see me. I'm not ready to die. I was sick a lot from birth to about 25 with pneumonia but never diagnosed until 19 when it was called chronic bronchial pneumonia. I was allergic to penicillin and erythromicin, but levofloxacin seemed to cure the problem. However, after being pneumonia-free for 10 years, it came back without usual warnings or symptoms, and I'm waiting to die. I'm only 46.

I had a Panda Express meal with fried ginger beef two weeks ago, which caused severe digestive issues the next morning. Since then, I've experienced increased indigestion, flushed cheeks, and purging after eating certain meals. For the past two days, I've been easily out of breath, have ringing in my ears, and have had to sit down to avoid fainting after exertion. I had a thorough physical in October and was deemed healthy, but I'm concerned about these recent symptoms. Should I go to the emergency room, or is there another course of action I should take?

I have pain in my upper right quadrant, just under my ribs, and a small hard lump that hurts when I touch it. I also have persistent lower right quadrant pain and frequent, dark, hard stools due to insufficient peristalsis. I recently had a CT scan that showed Ileus in parts of my small and large intestine and a partially collapsed stomach, but no appendicitis. Do you think the upper and lower right quadrant pain are related, or something different? What should I do about it, if anything?

I stuck a Q-tip in my ear 45 minutes ago, causing excruciating pain and collapse. I have taken Tylenol but still experience significant pain in my inner ear, as well as an ache in my mouth, jaw, head, and neck on the right side. No bleeding from the ear is visible. Do I need to go to the emergency room?
