I stuck a Q-tip in my ear 45 minutes ago, causing excruciating pain and collapse. I have taken Tylenol but still experience significant pain in my inner ear, as well as an ache in my mouth, jaw, head, and neck on the right side. No bleeding from the ear is visible. Do I need to go to the emergency room?

I was hungover all day today from drinking last night and woke up at 2 am with severe nausea, extreme chills and shaking, dry mouth, upset stomach, and feeling super warm but no fever. Is this my hangover carrying over, a stomach virus, or food poisoning? I feel miserable.

Despite the charity's reassurances, I am concerned about the risk of rabies and whether my son still needs the rabies shots. I feel like it's hard to swallow because I have drainage from my sinuses, and my throat hurts especially at night. What can I do to help with the drainage issue? Is it more serious than just drainage since it feels like I have a lump in my throat?

I'm a drug addict who relapsed after being clean for 2 months. I injected meth last night, and the syringe had blood in it that was thick and clotting. Could I die in my sleep tonight? Should I go to the hospital? Or will it be okay?
