I'm a drug addict who relapsed after being clean for 2 months. I injected meth last night, and the syringe had blood in it that was thick and clotting. Could I die in my sleep tonight? Should I go to the hospital? Or will it be okay?

I have osteonecrosis in my mouth, diagnosed by UCSF. I think a new osteonecrosis is forming in the roof of my mouth, near my teeth, after a minor burn. I'm worried this could be worse than the first one and that I might keep developing more osteonecroses with minor mouth injuries. Could this be a new osteonecrosis, and am I at risk of developing more due to minor injuries?

There’s a red mark on my arm that’s been there for years, resembling a hickey. It changes back to my skin color when I poke it but then returns to being red. There are no symptoms like pain, itching, or tenderness. What could this be?

I also had a shot that temporarily improved the condition. What could be causing this and what further steps should I take?

I have a sprained ankle diagnosed via X-ray. It has been 3 days with black and blue swelling extending up my leg. I went to urgent care and took ASA initially, then switched to Tylenol due to bruising. The swelling is concerning me. Should I wait and see, or is there anything else I should do?
