I have osteonecrosis in my mouth, diagnosed by UCSF. I think a new osteonecrosis is forming in the roof of my mouth, near my teeth, after a minor burn. I'm worried this could be worse than the first one and that I might keep developing more osteonecroses with minor mouth injuries. Could this be a new osteonecrosis, and am I at risk of developing more due to minor injuries?
