I have a sinus infection and have been experiencing a right-side headache that extends into my eye and temple. I'm concerned if this is normal or if I should be worried about having a brain tumor. I'm a 24-year-old female and have been taking Augmentin for the sinus infection.

When I shrug my shoulders, I experience a shake/instability, which is not smooth at all. During a single sit-up and while holding myself in a 'crunch' position, I feel internal trembling in my upper body that starts mild and intensifies until my entire torso is violently shaking. I also get occasional muscle spasms in my neck. The neurologist suggested it's likely stress but ordered an MRI. I'm uncertain as the symptoms have persisted for nearly two months. What could be causing these symptoms, and what further steps should I take?

I'm experiencing constant tiredness, an overactive bladder, loss of appetite, frequent gagging, and a general feeling of being out of sync. I've tried Flomax for my overactive bladder but it hasn't improved my symptoms. I've also had colonoscopies, throat examinations, and blood tests. What could be causing these issues and what should I do?

I recently had an MRI done that showed a white ball-like image on the front of my spine at the bottom level. I have a history of cervical cancer and have not been using any medication since the MRI. I have been experiencing a lot of back pain but have not been able to get a doctor to interpret the MRI for me. What could the white ball-like image indicate and how can I differentiate between possible diagnoses?
