I feel like it's hard to swallow because I have drainage from my sinuses, and my throat hurts especially at night. What can I do to help with the drainage issue? Is it more serious than just drainage since it feels like I have a lump in my throat?

There’s a red mark on my arm that’s been there for years, resembling a hickey. It changes color when poked but returns to red. Is this a birthmark or something else, and can it be removed?

I'm a drug addict who relapsed after being clean for 2 months. I injected meth last night, and the syringe had blood in it that was thick and clotting. Could I die in my sleep tonight? Should I go to the hospital? Or will it be okay?

I have osteonecrosis in my mouth, diagnosed by UCSF. I think a new osteonecrosis is forming in the roof of my mouth, near my teeth, after a minor burn. I'm worried this could be worse than the first one and that I might keep developing more osteonecroses with minor mouth injuries. Could this be a new osteonecrosis, and am I at risk of developing more due to minor injuries?

I constantly have mucus in my chest/throat, which is thick and white, and I can't cough it out easily. I have taken antibiotics and allergy medication, but they haven't helped. I also had a shot that temporarily improved the condition. What could be causing this and what further steps should I take?
