I have a foreskin problem. It looks inflamed or swollen, and when I try to pull it back, the tip is red and looks like it covers a bit beyond the tip. The eczema only triggered after I had COVID, and I'm experiencing discomfort like itching. It looks like it might get difficult to pee at one point. I can get some space if I try to clean under the foreskin, but it returns after a few seconds. What could this be, and what should I do?

My 3-year-old son had food poisoning, followed by vomiting and diarrhea, and then developed a mild fever. My 7-year-old daughter also started vomiting and had a fever. What should I do for their recovery, and what food and vaccines would you recommend for their overall wellbeing, especially considering my daughter has mild-moderate autism and is non-verbal?

I am a 36-year-old healthy male. I noticed blood on the tissue after wiping and a small amount on the top of my stool. This has happened occasionally for months, but today was more noticeable. I had some straining during bowel movement, which was painful for about 8 seconds. Is this something I should be concerned about?

What should I do about edema affecting my whole legs, irregular breathing, and sporadic heart pain, especially since I've recently started new medications but not changed my diet, and was previously taking furosemide?

I have a small umbilical hernia that gives me no issues, but I experienced muscle pain or hernia pain after trying to open Nexium bottles with hard-to-open safety caps. I figured out a safer way to open the bottle by pressing down with my right thumb while holding it with my right hand and twisting with my left hand. Is it risky for me to try this again, or should I avoid it altogether since I got hurt last time? What could have caused my injury last time, and is there a safer technique to open the bottle without risking injury?

I recently had a 20-week ultrasound where the nuchal fold appeared slightly prominent in one image but not in others. My NIPT at 10 weeks came back low risk, but I'm concerned about the nuchal fold and the absence of a nasal bone mention in the report. Is the nuchal fold a routine check, and would they mention the nasal bone if it was an issue? Also, could the NIPT be a false negative, and if the next ultrasound shows abnormalities, does it necessarily mean a chromosomal issue?
