I recently had a 20-week ultrasound where the nuchal fold appeared slightly prominent in one image but not in others. My NIPT at 10 weeks came back low risk, but I'm concerned about the nuchal fold and the absence of a nasal bone mention in the report. Is the nuchal fold a routine check, and would they mention the nasal bone if it was an issue? Also, could the NIPT be a false negative, and if the next ultrasound shows abnormalities, does it necessarily mean a chromosomal issue?

I tested positive for Covid using an at-home test kit. I am experiencing symptoms such as a cough, runny nose, headache, and sore throat. My husband was diagnosed with Covid two days ago, and we live in Glen Cove. I am currently taking Metropolol, Venlafaxine, and Atorvastatin. I am a 59-year-old female, overweight, with high blood pressure and high cholesterol. I have received six Covid vaccines, with the most recent in September 2023. What should I do next?

My wife threw her back out yesterday morning. She has been taking 2 Advil every 4 hours and 1 Tizanidine muscle relaxant every 8 hours. She is in severe pain, especially when trying to move around. She has an appointment at Urgent Care but is unable to get in the car due to the pain. What should we do?

I have a freckle on my chest that has been here for many years and has undergone several changes, including a black speck falling off, an ingrown hair or pimple next to it, and a slight increase in size with a scar. I have been to the dermatologist multiple times, and they have assured me it's fine, but I am still anxious about it. Does any of this seem concerning for melanoma?

I'm diabetic and have been on several medications for two years, including Metformin, Ozempic, Glipizide, Losartan, Atorvastatin, and Escitalopram. My insurance plan, Aetna, dropped my medical provider, New West Physicians, and I need help with refilling my prescriptions until I find a new primary provider. Can your company assist with ordering my prescriptions in the meantime?
