I have a freckle on my chest that has been here for many years and has undergone several changes, including a black speck falling off, an ingrown hair or pimple next to it, and a slight increase in size with a scar. I have been to the dermatologist multiple times, and they have assured me it's fine, but I am still anxious about it. Does any of this seem concerning for melanoma?

I'm diabetic and have been on several medications for two years, including Metformin, Ozempic, Glipizide, Losartan, Atorvastatin, and Escitalopram. My insurance plan, Aetna, dropped my medical provider, New West Physicians, and I need help with refilling my prescriptions until I find a new primary provider. I have been experiencing intermittent pain in my right testicle for almost 4 months. The pain has improved slightly but still persists. It is a dull pain, and I have no history of injury, redness, swelling, or soreness. I have not taken any medications and am 32 years old.
