My wife threw her back out yesterday morning. She has been taking 2 Advil every 4 hours and 1 Tizanidine muscle relaxant every 8 hours. She is in severe pain, especially when trying to move around. She has an appointment at Urgent Care but is unable to get in the car due to the pain. What should we do?

I have a freckle on my chest that has been here for many years and has undergone several changes, including a black speck falling off, an ingrown hair or pimple next to it, and a slight increase in size with a scar. I have been to the dermatologist multiple times, and they have assured me it's fine, but I am still anxious about it. Does any of this seem concerning for melanoma?

I have been experiencing intermittent pain in my right testicle for almost 4 months. The pain has improved slightly but still persists. It is a dull pain, and I have no history of injury, redness, swelling, or soreness. I have not taken any medications and am 32 years old.
