I have been experiencing intermittent pain in my right testicle for almost 4 months. The pain has improved slightly but still persists. It is a dull pain, and I have no history of injury, redness, swelling, or soreness. I have not taken any medications and am 32 years old. I have noticed a slight sharp feeling in the bottom side of the right testicle during masturbation, and my semen test showed low sperm count. I drink alcohol every two days and eat healthily. What could be causing this pain, and what should I do?

My five-year-old grandson got vaccines yesterday morning and has been running a 100°F fever for the past eighteen hours, vomited last night, and hasn't eaten since yesterday afternoon. He also has chills and is lethargic, but no cough or pre-existing respiratory conditions. Should I be concerned or is this normal?
