I have a freckle on my chest that has been here for many years and has undergone several changes, including a black speck falling off, an ingrown hair or pimple next to it, and a slight increase in size with a scar. I have been to the dermatologist multiple times, and they have assured me it's fine, but I am still anxious about it. Does any of this seem concerning for melanoma?

I have been experiencing intermittent pain in my right testicle for almost 4 months. The pain has improved slightly but still persists.
