I have a friend who has Addison's disease and HIV. They are looking for a doctor who is skilled in treating both conditions and lives in South Florida, specifically Fort Lauderdale. Do you have any recommendations?

I am a 21-year-old male experiencing occasional chest discomfort over the past year. I've had chest x-rays and EKGs, all of which were normal. I'm concerned about the discomfort and whether I should be worried given that diseases like lung cancer and heart disease have been ruled out. What could be causing my chest discomfort, and should I still be stressing about it?

Would cervical spondylosis cause tingling in my lips, and if not, what could be the cause of this symptom, especially given my history of effusions and mini-strokes?

I have had an inner and outer ear infection for over a week now. I'm taking an antibiotic for it, but the pain is still very severe after being on medication for a week. I'm worried I may have more damage done while I wait out the 10 days of antibiotic which I have 4 days left. I also have an upper respiratory infection and the pain is in my left ear and down my neck. My left ear feels plugged and could "pop" at any time, but it never does. I was given Ciprodex drops, but they seem to have not helped at all. What should I do next?

When treating craniosynostosis, is it imperative to have the syndrome identified? Is there a different treatment for Pfeiffer syndrome type 1 without web feet just two middle toes mildly, and Crouzon's syndrome with nearly all sutures fused? Can a person have characteristics of more than one syndrome, such as Pfeiffer and Crouzon? Have you heard of Jeffrey Derain in Dallas or Eric Stelnicki of Ft. Lauderdale, FL?

My fiancé is 26 years old and has had high blood pressure (BP) since he was 14. His average BP is 140/96 when medicated, but it often rises to over 200/100. He takes 50 mg of Atenolol daily and experiences symptoms like regular nosebleeds, headaches, and shortness of breath. His resting heart rate is 96 BPM, which seems high given his athletic background. He has been suffering from severe daily migraines for the past two weeks, with symptoms including vomiting, aura, and black spots in vision. The ER gave him Sumatriptan for migraines, but it hasn't provided relief. His high BP causes have never been investigated. Could his BP and these migraines be related? What should we do next for migraine relief? Should we worry about organ damage due to high BP? Should we investigate the reasons for his high BP?
