I have a hard, cashew-shaped lump on my forearm near the elbow on my dominant arm. It doesn't move, feels stuck, and only hurts when I apply pressure. I've had it for a few weeks and it hasn't grown. I'm concerned if it could be something serious like cancer or if it's just a muscle knot. What should I do?

I’m experiencing a muscle spasm. I awoke this morning to what felt like T1-4 going into hyperxtension and cracking out of nowhere. I have been having a problem with one of my shoulders and I think it’s connected. I am a Pilates teacher and so pretty aware of my body and spine. I have a history of muscle spasms so my tolerance is pretty high as is my patience for them to subside on their own so, no I have not gone to a Dr. I immediately took 4 200mg Advil at around 6:30 am. It’s now 4 and they have absolutely worn off. Can I go beyond the recommended 6 in 24hrs because 2 isn’t going to do anything for me at this point. I regularly take 3 for any aches or migraines since I have a history of chronic spasms. I am 44, just had all my blood work done and am the picture of health otherwise.

Dr. Subbanna, on October 29th, I spoke to you about pain in my upper right back between the shoulder blade and spine when swallowing cold or hot things or at the beginning of burping. Do you remember? Now it’s been almost 2 weeks, the pain during swallowing has gone, but I still experience it before burping. Is it normal to still experience this pain for this long?

I have been experiencing pain in my right shoulder, particularly in the front and top of the deltoid, which worsens during bench pressing and when bending my arm across my chest. The pain is also present when lifting my arm straight up with the palm facing down. How long have you had this issue, and did it start after heavy weight lifting?

I am a 25-year-old female recovering from COVID. I accidentally put Vicks VapoRub under my nose and slightly in my nostril. After 5 minutes, I washed the area and inside my nostrils with soap. Is that okay? I feel slight burning in the back of my throat.
