I have a hard lump behind my ear that's itchy, along with a smaller lump nearby that also itches. I also have swollen lymph nodes and a scaly, itchy patch on my left arm. I have an appointment with a dermatologist in two weeks. What could these symptoms indicate, and is there any immediate treatment I can try?

My husband has a hiatal hernia and is experiencing chest pain, shortness of breath, a bulging upper stomach, persistent heartburn, possible blood in his stool, and extreme tiredness. He has been taking heartburn medication (Prilosec) but the symptoms have not improved. Should I take him to see a doctor, especially given the current health situation with the virus and his lung problems?

Are there any allergy shots for someone with a bad cat allergy? My girlfriend has had the allergy for her whole life and has tried Benadryl and Prednisone, but she doesn't want to rely on medication. She hasn't seen a doctor yet, and I wanted to know if there is such a thing as immunotherapy for a cat allergy.

I am a 19-year-old African American female experiencing sharp pains in my head, sometimes on one side and behind my eye, followed by throbbing sensations, sensitive scalp, and stiff neck. I've also had ear pain without discharge for a few weeks. I'm concerned if these symptoms could indicate something serious like a tumor, aneurysm, cancer, or internal bleeding in the head.

I took 1k zpak plus 10 day amoxicillin 875 clav plus a 10 day cipro 500mg, twice a day, within a month. Would this most likely clear Gonorrhea if it existed? I have pain in the urethra but no discharge, and a dip test and culture for gonorrhea came back normal. My doctor thinks it’s Prostatitis. Should I continue with the current antibiotics or wait for symptoms to improve?
