I had COVID a few weeks ago and lost my sense of taste and smell. They came back briefly but are now gone again. Does this mean I have COVID again, or is this a part of long COVID? I am 39 years old, not on any medication, and have no other symptoms at the moment.

I am a 22-year-old female experiencing constipation on and off for the past month, sometimes straining to the point of rectal pain. I have had a negative fecal occult test, a normal rectal exam, and an unremarkable abdominal X-ray. I am concerned about colon cancer despite no family history and no doctor expressing concern. What could be causing my symptoms and should I still be worried about cancer?

I am on vacation in Hawaii with my family and have had diarrhea for the past few days. I don’t have any other symptoms and feel pretty good except for that. My fiancé was also sick with chills and stomach issues and was prescribed theraflu, which helped him recover. I’m not sure if I’m getting this from him or if I have something else going on. I’m also on my period, which started around the same time as the diarrhea, and I usually don’t have diarrhea after the first day of my period. Should I be concerned, and is there anything I can do to alleviate the symptoms?

My blood pressure was elevated at 165/95. I took 40mg of propranolol, which I'm concerned might be too much. Will it slow my heart rate too much? Additionally, I noticed changes in my ECG readings, with the height of the R wave becoming higher than usual. Is this something to worry about, and could it be related to the propranolol?
