I have a history of smoking but quit 11 years ago, and had a clean thorax CT scan with contrast in December 2020. This morning, I experienced pain in my left shoulder that radiates down to my arm and hand, which I have had occasionally before. Is it highly likely that this pain is not related to a Pancoast tumor?

What is Soft Tissue Sarcoma, and is the removal of a lower lobe from my left lung considered a soft tissue sarcoma? I have had a lower lobe on my left lung removed. I am on oxygen and struggle to do much activity. I served in Vietnam and was in an area where Agent Orange was sprayed.
