I have a loss of smell and a mild intermittent post nasal drip for about 2.5 months. The loss of smell is intermittent and does not ever come back to normal. I also have moderate Laryngo pharyngeal reflux and only recently have started to try to treat it. Does reflux and LPR cause loss of smell? I have a very inflamed nose and nasopharynx and recently for about 2-3 weeks, I also developed eustachian tube dysfunction. I'm not sure if this is all reflux related or if I should start inhaled steroids for the inflamed nose and nasopharynx. Today, I had a severe burning sensation in my nostrils and was slightly improved with a saline nasal spray. All of these are very baffling symptoms and I am relatively healthy except for these symptoms.

I have a sore tongue on the left side. It has been sore for a few days. I am 48 years old and not currently using any medications. I had an ulcer there about two weeks ago, which went away, but now it's a bit sore again. I suffer with gums sometimes when ovulating. Could you help identify what this could be and reassure me it's not mouth cancer?

A week ago, I found what I thought was a pimple under my armpit. I squeezed it, which was painful, but some came out. It was red and hot to the touch the next day, and I squeezed again with no results. Now, it has gone down but I still feel it under the skin. It's soft, movable, and feels deep. What is it and what can I do?

Do I need to wash my hands thoroughly with soap after disinfecting my bathroom sink and toilet with Lysol, and how long does it take to sanitize my hands when washing with antibacterial bar soap? Also, does Lysol mist spray work as well as Lysol wipes and regular spray for disinfecting surfaces, and how should I handle disinfection of hard-to-reach areas like sink handles and cabinets?
