I have a lot of mucus, a sore throat, clogged ears, and a sore back from coughing. My COVID test was negative. I was given cough medicine for nighttime, but it's not working. The coughing is mainly when I walk around or talk too much. It's sometimes wet and sometimes dry, and I sometimes hear a gurgle in my chest. I used the cough medicine the first night and was unable to function for the next few days. I am 58 years old.

I woke up with pain in my left foot, specifically in the middle area under the toes, which has increased in intensity throughout the day. The pain worsens with pressure and is accompanied by minor swelling and a burning sensation in the entire foot. What could be causing this pain and what should I do?

I am worried because my ECG showed an abnormal reading, and I'm unsure whether to go to the emergency department. Should I go to the emergency department based on this ECG reading, and what does a wide QRS on an ECG indicate?

Is temporal arteritis an emergency, and should you go to the ER if you have temple tenderness and mild headache, especially if you've had persistent headaches and new temple tenderness?

I had weight loss surgery in September 2021, work out 5-6 times a week, track all my food, hit my protein goals, and the scale fluctuates by 5-7 lbs. I have hit a plateau and want to know if there are any tips to break it. I have no hormonal problems, eat clean with no sugar and low carbs, aim for 70-100 grams of protein daily, and eat three meals a day with 2-3 snacks (yogurt, cheese sticks, almonds, cashews, or pecans). I am a 28-year-old female with no medical conditions.

I have no pain or trouble swallowing, but my throat feels swollen and it feels swollen when I swallow. How long have you had the swelling? How large is the affected area? Is your throat painful or tender? What are all the medications you're currently using, either for the swelling or anything else? How old are you? Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?
