I have a low platelet count (129 six months ago and 134 last week) and multiple sclerosis (MS). I also have occasional nosebleeds and am on high blood pressure medication. Can my MS cause a lower platelet count, and is this something I should be worried about?

I have a splenic artery aneurysm and recently experienced severe pain at the left rib cage area that brought me to my knees. I am wondering if this pain is related to my aneurysm. Are splenic artery aneurysms unusual, as I rarely see information about them compared to aortic or brain aneurysms? I have also experienced hard pain and pulsating sensations before. My heart has been checked and is OK. What could be causing this pain and what should I do?

I have had facial swellings just in front of my ears extending down to my jaw for a couple of years. The swellings are soft and I have an underactive thyroid, but my thyroid levels are normal. What could this be and what should I do?

I have caught a bad cold and have to blow my nose often. Today I saw blood in the mucus almost each time after blowing. Is there anything wrong? Will I get infected? What should I do?

I currently have a situation where I get anxious, my heart races, and I wake up at night with a racing heart. My heart rate once went up to 140 at work, and a friend gave me Xanax 0.25mg, which helped greatly. I have a very stressful job and sometimes break out in hives due to stress. I've cut out caffeine from my diet, which helped some, but I still have panic attacks. All the doctors I've been to want to put me on Paxil and Zoloft, which do not help, as I do not suffer from depression, only anxiety. Could I get a low dosage to help my anxiety?

I constantly have esophageal spasms. My doctor prescribed Levsin 0.125 mg three times a day and Nifedipine ER 30 mg once a day, but I still experience spasms, sometimes often, sometimes none. I am scared. What can I do?
