I have a lump on my back at the inside of my right lat. It started as a blackhead or large pimple-like mass but has grown to the size of a half dollar and is now very solid. It was never painful until I tried to treat it with hot face cloths and pressure, which caused it to become sore and the pain to spread beyond the lump itself. Should I see a dermatologist or a general doctor for this issue?

My brother had knee replacement surgery 3 weeks ago. Today he is experiencing severe, constant sharp pains from the top of his leg down to his knee. He is unable to get up and is not managing the pain with any medications. What could be causing this pain and what should be done?

I am a 30-year-old female experiencing upper back pain that started after vaping. The pain is dull, sometimes burning, and radiates to my shoulders, arms, chest, and neck. It also affects my middle spine and sometimes causes a sharp pain under my armpit. I have stopped vaping and returned to smoking cigarettes, but the pain persists. I have had heartburn and acid reflux in the past. Should I be concerned about lung cancer, or could this be related to my stomach issues or muscular pain?

I would like a radiologist to take a look at my X-rays and tell me if I have a possible herniated disk. I have been concerned about this for about a year, I am 25 years old, not currently using any medications, and I have scoliosis. Can you also check for any narrowing disk spaces in my lower back and neck?

I have anxiety and have been experiencing twitches off and on for several weeks/months, more noticeably recently. I'm 21, not on any medications, but have obesity and possible blood sugar/pressure issues. The twitches are in the whole body, and I also experience tingling in my tongue and lips, loss of taste, lightheadedness on the right side of my head, vision issues in both eyes, and diarrhea. Should I worry about these symptoms?
