The pain comes and goes, and there is swelling on my left side of the rib with pain radiating to my upper and lower back. I have been using detox teas and antibiotics. What could be causing this pain and swelling, and should I be concerned about cancer or other serious conditions?

I have been experiencing loose stools for about a month, passing stool once a day. I am a 26-year-old female with inactive mild chronic gastritis. I have undergone various tests including colonoscopy, endoscopy, blood tests, stool tests, and MRI, which revealed E. coli epec. I was prescribed an antibiotic, ciprofloxacin, but I am concerned about potential complications and whether this is truly an E. coli infection. Should I take the antibiotic, and could my symptoms be related to IBS or anxiety?

I went to the ER on November 8th due to extreme weakness and tested positive for COVID. They administered fluids and I was sent home the same day. I started taking Ivermectin the next morning, following directions of 7 tablets daily for 5-7 days. I have now taken it for three days and also have hydrochloride. Should I be taking the hydrochloride as well?
